Hello, I hope you’re staying safe out there in this never- ending pandemic we are all facing. In challenging times I always escape into music, but also into nature...I call it free therapy :) :) 

I've been spending a lot of time in the wilderness just taking everything in.  It’s so peaceful and beautiful and always brings the senses alive…a very ethereal experience.  I described my adventure in a poem type story and then added it to a video of my footage.  I then added a very beautiful song, 'Grace Is,' by a very talented composer, Paul Avgerinos, who won a Grammy for his album. In this time of uncertainty...I find the the best place to be...surrounded by nature...So, come along with me...Into the Forest 

 “Into the Forest”  

I walk into the forest and listen to it hum with life  

The earth and leaves beneath my feet  

Make way for my greatest retreat  

My body is now my guide as the trees speak to me  

Twists and turns the scents and sounds envelop me  

The birds they sing so innocently  

I suddenly stop to softly touch a tree  

Beneath my hands I feel an energy  

My mind and body are completely free  

This is where I need to be  

Here in the peaceful stillness of the forest
